How we work

  • Assessment - This typically takes 1 – 3 sessions with the aim of  building an individually tailored psychological formulation.

  • Formulation - This identifies the factors that contributed towards, are triggering and are maintaining the current difficulties. This information is then considered alongside the latest psychological evidence base and guidelines. In consultation with you we formalise this into a plan for an individually tailored therapeutic intervention.

  • Intervention - some of the interventions we can offer are listed below:

Interventions offered

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR)

  • Non Violent Resistance (NVR)

  • Mindfulness

  • Narrative Therapy

  • Attachment Based Therapies

  • Video Interaction Guidance

  • Family Sessions

  • Neuropsychological Assessment

  • A range of parenting approaches
